Experienced Wide Format Printing Sales Representative

We are seeking an experienced, motivated Sales Representative to expand our wide format printing segment. This role focuses on developing new customers and managing existing relationships for products such as banners, signage, wall graphics, window graphics, and trade show displays. If you’re passionate about visual graphics and sales, we’d love to hear from you.

$40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year plus commission based on expirence and current client portfolio

Responsibilities:

· Develop new business opportunities for wide format printing
· Build and maintain strong client relationships
· Consult with customers on the best print solutions
· Coordinate with the production team

Qualifications:

· Sales experience in printing, signage, and graphics
· Strong communication and relationship-building skills
· Self-motivated and results-driven

2nd Shift Experienced Wide Format Flatbed Operator

Join our growing production team! We are seeking an experienced Wide Format Flatbed Operator to produce high-quality graphics, signage, displays, and specialty print projects in a fast-paced environment.

$22.00 - $25.00 based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain wide format flatbed printing equipment.
• Set up jobs, load materials, and monitor print quality throughout production.
• Review work orders and ensure projects meet customer specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.
• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and color consistency.
• Work closely with prepress, finishing, and production teams to meet deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Qualifications:

• Experience operating wide format flatbed printers preferred.
• Knowledge of print substrates, inks, color management, and production workflows.
• Ability to read and interpret job tickets and production schedules.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Wide Format Cutter Operator - 2nd Shift

Job description: Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Wide Format Cutter Operator on the 2nd shift! In this energetic role, you will be at the forefront of precision cutting and finishing of large-format printed materials, ensuring high-quality output for a variety of print advertising, signage, and graphic projects. Your technical proficiency and keen eye for detail will drive efficiency and excellence in our production process. Responsibilities Operate wide format cutting machines with precision, ensuring accurate cuts according to production specifications Interpret production documents, layouts, and digital files to execute cutting tasks efficiently Perform routine machine adjustments and mechanical troubleshooting to maintain optimal performance Manage color consistency and quality control throughout the cutting process, ensuring vibrant and accurate color management Collaborate with prepress and graphic design teams to prepare files using Adobe Creative Suite and other graphic design software Conduct routine maintenance on industrial equipment, including large-format printers, screen printing presses, and flexo presses Monitor production workflows, troubleshoot issues promptly, and document all operational activities for quality assurance Requirements Proven experience operating large-format printers, cutters, or similar industrial equipment in a manufacturing or print environment Strong technical proficiency with prepress software, digital printing technology, and machine operation procedures Knowledge of color management principles, typography, layout design, and print advertising standards Mechanical knowledge related to machinery adjustment, machining processes, and equipment troubleshooting Ability to interpret complex production documents accurately and follow detailed instructions Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is highly desirable Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to quality control and process improvement Join us in delivering top-tier visual solutions through innovative manufacturing!
